Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them, whether that is this week or next year.
Can I use one pack across different niches?
Yes. Credits are not tied to a niche — the same balance covers pet portraits, product shots and staged rooms.
What if a photo comes out broken?
Failed generations are retried automatically at no cost. Credits are only spent on delivered photos.
How much does one photo cost?
One photo is 10 credits, which works out to $0.30 on the starter pack and $0.16 on the studio pack.
