Every generation is instructed to keep the exact person from your reference photos: same facial structure, same apparent age, same skin tone, same build. What changes is the setting, the outfit, the light and the framing. The test we hold ourselves to is simple - the person who shows up to the date should be recognisably the person in the photo. If you want to look like a different human, this is the wrong tool. And if someone asks whether a photo is AI, the honest answer is yes, it's a restyled photo of you.
It changes the background and setting, the outfit, the lighting, the pose and the crop. It keeps your face and facial structure, your apparent age, your skin tone and your body. There is no slimming slider, no beauty filter, no de-ageing pass - the prompt explicitly forbids adding age lines or altering your real features in either direction.
Recent photos of just you in the frame - up to 10. Mix front-facing and three-quarter angles, different outfits and different lighting. Five or more varied references give a noticeably better likeness than one or two. Skip sunglasses, heavy filters and group shots you've cropped yourself out of.
No, and that's deliberate. Body type, height and apparent age come from your reference photos and stay there. If your uploads are five years old, the output will look five years old - use recent photos.
