What WOULD be misleading is changing the property itself, which is why the building, landscaping layout and surroundings are locked to your reference photo.
The "lush green lawn" look shows the lawn and plants healthy, as they'd appear in peak season. It won't invent landscaping that isn't there - beds, trees and hardscape stay where your photo has them.
