No. Every person is locked to their own reference photo - same facial structure, same features, same apparent age, same hairstyle. No beautifying, no de-aging, no reinvention. The generation also guarantees the head-count: everyone from your photos appears exactly once, nobody is invented and nobody is dropped.
Two to six. Each photo can show one person or several - a couple here, the grandparents there, one more with the kids. We combine every person who appears across all of them into one group portrait. Clear, well-lit photos where faces are easy to see work best.
By default everyone wears exactly what they wear in their own photo. If your photos mix seasons - beach shirts in one, winter coats in another - you can switch to coordinated outfits or matching winter knits so the portrait reads as one moment. Clothing is the only thing we'll restyle, and only if you ask.
It's an AI-composed portrait built from your real photos - the people are real, the gathering is composed. For the family album and the holiday card that's exactly the point; if you share it somewhere the story isn't known, we'd encourage saying it's a composite.
