Label a virtually staged photo properly.

What this label does - and doesn’t - satisfy
- On the image - California’s AB 723 wants a disclosure “reasonably conspicuous and located on or adjacent to the image”. A burned-in label is the “on” option, and because it becomes part of the pixels, recompression can’t strip it.
- What it can’t do for you - CRMLS also wants the label in the photo description field of the listing, and the unaltered original placed immediately before or after the staged image. No tool can fill your MLS fields - that part is two minutes in the listing editor.
- No prescribed size or wording - AB 723 fixes neither; CRMLS accepts “virtually staged”, “digitally altered” or “digitally enhanced”. Pick your board’s term and use it consistently.

And since the export re-encodes the image, EXIF and GPS metadata are dropped too - the same job our EXIF remover does.
The label is the cheap part.
